Important information about your appointment
Don't forget to confirm your appointment
2 weeks before your appointment you will receive a SMS and e-mail reminders. Please confirm your appointment in good time. Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically canceled 4 days before the appointment.
Arrival time
Please come at the earliest 15 minutes before your appointment into our practice - this minimizes the risk of infection and ensures efficient processes.
Urine output
A urine sample is required for every urological examination. Please come with a full bladder to the appointment.
Hygiene
Please pay attention to hand hygiene and wear a mask if you have symptoms of illness. Accompanying persons only if necessary (translation, infirm persons).
First time at UROMED
At your first visit, you will receive a QR code for our electronic patient data sheet. Alternatively, you can print out the data sheet in advance and bring it with you.

Cancel appointment
We kindly ask you to inform us in good time if you are unable to keep your appointment. This will enable us to help other patients who urgently need an appointment.
Please give us at least 24 hours before by telephone or e-mail to storno@uromed.at Notification.
An expense allowance may be charged if the event is not canceled on time. Details can be found in our AGB.
