About the job
We are looking for a dedicated administrative Verwaltungsassistenz (m/w/d) to as soon as possible for our urology practice in Lugner City, Vienna. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and will ensure that the daily practice routine runs smoothly.
Your tasks
- Reception and administrative care of patients
- Appointment management - by phone and in person
- Data entry and maintenance of patient files
- Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten (Briefversand, Dienstplanerstellung)
- Support with invoicing and warehouse management
- Organization of the preparation and follow-up of the ordination
Prerequisites
- Completed administrative assistant course or the willingness to complete this part-time
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit Ordinationssoftware (z. B. Innomed)
- Stress resistance and the ability to work confidently in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility, ability to work in a team, reliability and accuracy
- A sense of responsibility and a friendly, patient-oriented manner
