Important information about your appointment
Please note
In order to minimize the risk of infection and ensure efficient processes, we ask you to, at least 15 minutes before your appointment to come to our practice.
Urine output
You will be asked to provide a urine sample at every urological examination. The urine test helps to detect many bladder emptying disorders and signs of inflammation at an early stage. From a certain age or in the case of certain problems, a urine flow measurement is carried out. It is therefore important to have a full bladder comes to the appointment.
First visit
If you are visiting our practice for the first time, please enter your e-mail address in the input field. We will then send you a QR code for our electronic patient data sheet. This will help you avoid unnecessary waiting times at the registration desk.
Alternatively, you can print out the patient information form, fill it out and bring it with you.

Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons are permitted according to the capacity of our waiting room. Accompanying persons of patients in need of assistance and translators for foreign-language patients are exempt from this regulation.
Hygiene
Even after the mask requirement has been lifted, please always pay attention to hand hygiene and wear a mask in our surgery if you have symptoms of illness. This will help protect others from infection.
Don't forget to confirm your appointment
2 weeks before your appointment you will receive a SMS and e-mail reminders. Please confirm your appointment in good time. Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically canceled 4 days before the appointment.
